The Founders of Synergy Plus Initiative have over 25 years of experience in managing high-impact donor funded projects focusing on providing agricultural training, fostering climate resilience, and empowering women and youth with practical skills to improve food security and financial independence. Through innovation, strategic partnerships, and a commitment to sustainability, we drive inclusive growth for all.
